🇹🇷Citizenship by Investment · Direct Passport

Türkiye CBI.
A full passport,
not just residency.

Türkiye's Citizenship by Investment programme is the only direct-passport route in our portfolio - full citizenship for the whole family in 6–12 months, from a $400K real estate investment. After the 3-year holding period, the asset is recoverable. The citizenship is permanent.

Türkiye CBI Overview

The only route that gives you a passport.

Every other programme in our portfolio grants residency first - Türkiye grants citizenship directly. The client invests, obtains a short-term residence permit as part of the processing procedure, then applies for naturalisation. The whole family - spouse and children under 18 - is naturalised together.

The capital recovery feature sets this apart from most CBI programmes: after the mandatory 3-year holding period, the qualifying asset can be sold or redeemed. The citizenship - and the Turkish passport - is retained permanently. The Turkish passport gives visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 100 countries.

Who This Programme Suits

The right client for Türkiye.

01

A second passport, not just residency

Clients who want a second passport - not a residence permit they need to renew. Türkiye is the only citizenship-by-investment route in this portfolio. A passport on approval, for life.

02

Families seeking a true Plan B

Families who want the whole unit naturalised together. Spouse and children under 18 are included under the same investment - a single process, one outcome, everyone naturalised.

03

Recoverable capital after the hold

Clients who want citizenship but need their capital back. After the 3-year TAPU hold, the qualifying asset can be sold or redeemed - the citizenship is retained regardless.
